Weekly update 24th September

Posted on September 24, 2016July 15, 2019 by LeylandLynx

A new arrival and more progress on one of our mark 1 Leyland Lynxes this weekend.
Our mark 1 National arrives at the museum
The arrival to the group is this Mark 1 Leyland National. It was the last mk1 national delivered new to swt. After commercial bus service, it spent time working at Cardiff airport before being purchased by preservationists’ in Swansea. It is now a member of the CTPG (the first national we have).
Original rear lights and new bumper panels
Progress on 258 (Leyland Lynx Mark 1) has been going great. It now sports its original lights and the other fiber glass panel is now on.
