Merthyr Tydfil 142, Leyland PD3/East Lancs has been made ready to return to South Wales after an extended period of undercover storage in Hereford. After service with Merthyr 142 was used by Phillips of Penrhiwceiber on school services alongside Caerphilly 33. Purchased for preservation 142 has moved around over the years but has mainly been undercover, plans are in place for it to be taken to Barry in the near future.
