ex Western Welsh 917  917DBO MCW Leyland Titan PD2/27 seen while operating under the Rhondda fleetname from Porth Depot in the mid 1970s.   This bus was for a number of years allocated to Bridgend Depot, becoming that depot's usual training bus.  It eventually became the only survivor of the twenty-one vehicles of this type delivered in 1963.  The bus was still extant in 1993 then carrying replacement registration AVT493A, does any reader know its' whereabouts, or if indeed it still survives?  Please let the webmaster know if you have any information on this vehicle.
