434 takes the strain on "Ship Hill"

Seen crossing the Vale of Glamorgan Railway line, over bridge at Ship Hill, Barry is ex Cardiff Guy Arab 434 now a regular at this event.  Causing something of a queue on the steepest part of the route from Barry Island to Barry Waterfront during the recent Barry Festival of Transport on 6 June.  Five open-toppers were in use on the day (2 from the CTPG collection housed at "The Bus Depot Barry" and 3 from the SWT Group in Swansea).  (photo by ctpg member Nicky Reason).
